Located in a small town in the High River region of southern Alberta, this full-service practice has a stellar track record of growth. Originally operated by only a sole practitioner, the practice has grown to a few CPA partners and gross revenues over $1.4M. As the partners are now preparing for retirement, they are committed to ensuring a successful transition for the new owner(s). There are full-time staff members who would stay on after the transition.

The practice offers compilation, audit, review, consulting, bookkeeping/payroll, trusts, and personal tax services. Just under ~50% of the billings derive from compilation engagements, with another ~25% for personal tax and the remaining ~25% for other services (including assurance). The practice uses CaseWare and TaxCycle for tax preparation as well as Microsoft products and TPS for practice management.
